The first annual America's Wrestling Cup was contested over two days in Fullerton, California on Friday, June 4th and Saturday, June 5th at Clovis High School in Clovis, California. Bakersfield, CA – This morning the Committee for the Preservation of California Collegiate Wrestling, and there subsidiary, the State of California Wrestling Alliance (SCWAY) a NUWAY affiliate announced the first annual NUWAY Americas Cup on June 4th and 5th 2010. The event is an exchange between top wrestlers from California, Michigan, New Jersey, and Nevada. The premise of the event is to showcase the talents of some of the top wrestlers in the country while promoting an exchange of cultural, geographical, and personal experiences. Nuway nationals wrapped up in Battle Creek, Michigan at Kellogg Arena and many national champions were crowned . Wrestlers showed up from as far South as Georgia and as far North as Minnesota.

Dave Dean has traveled a tough road to get MYWay into the position it is. Currently he has built a organization with around 10,000 wrestlers. He has done it by offering first and foremost a great product. He has learned once you take care of your customer you just grow. He has had his battles with USA wrestling and has decided to make his business plan into something different. HE gives back to the state and feels like the current state of USA wrestling biases Iowa and Oklahoma schools.
